  • How long will the balloons last?

    Air-filled balloons generally last for a couple of weeks but will not float. Latex balloons generally last between 12-20 hours filled with helium, and about 3-5 days when treated with Hi-Float. Foil balloons last approx. 5-7 days. Larger sizes of latex balloons can last multiple days and up to weeks!

  • Are balloons biodegradable or can they be recycled?

    Yes! Our latex balloons are made of natural and organic materials and are 100% biodegradable. Mylar (or foil) balloons are NOT biodegradable but are able to be recycled. Now you can celebrate knowing your décor is not only chic but environmentally conscious.

  • What areas do you service?

    As a Tampa Bay based company, our servicing area includes but is NOT limited to Hillsborough, Pinellas, and Pasco counties. Please call to check availability for other surrounding areas. 

  • How far in advance should I book?

    Installation dates and times are on a first booked first served basis.  To avoid the disappointment of not having your event date or items available, we suggest you contact us once you have secured your venue or at least 2 weeks prior to the event date.

  • How do I request a quote?

    Getting a quote is simple.  Just complete the contact form on our website and we will get the process started.  Please fill out our "Contact Us" form.  Please share as much information about your special day as possible to help us customize a special stunning arrangement for you and your guest. 


    *Note: There is a $500.00 minimum order required for all decor installation (excluding tax and delivery).  

  • Can you come to the event venue and tell me what I need?

    Yes, we can provide an onsite consultation. You can also take pictures, videos, and measurements and send us the details for a phone consultation.

  • How do I pay for my decor?

    Once your order is finalized, an invoice will be sent to you with a URL link to complete a secured online payment.  Payment in full is required and a signed service agreement are required to secure a date.  

  • Do you have a delivery, setup, and/or breakdown charge?

    Delivery - Yes, there is a delivery fee associated with most services (Delivery fees vary depending on event/installation location).

     

    Setup - While most decor items include a standard setup fee, a separate setup fee may be required for complex installations and where special rigging, framework, or equipment is required.

     

    Breakdown - A breakdown charge is assessed when we return and remove the decor and/or retrieve our equipment which includes disposal of balloons. This is not required for all balloon decor services offered.  Breakdown costs are discussed at the time of consult.  

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    Just Balloon Designs does not provide refunds, under any circumstance. We will offer to assist with rescheduling the installation date with a written rescheduling request when received at least 10 days prior to the original event date. Just Balloon Designs will work with the client to reschedule the installation for a date up to 365 days from the original installation date. The rescheduled installation will be based on the original design outlined in the mock-up, invoice and contract.  In the event that a design and/or color scheme change is requested by the client, an updated contract and invoice will be necessary and additional fees may be required.
